What we’ll achieve together in the session

In our 2-hour strategy session, we’ll:

Get clear on your goals for email (what you want it to do for your business)
Look at your offers + how people currently move through them (classes, memberships, workshops, etc.)
Check your current list + email platform setup (what’s working, what’s missing, what’s messy)
Identify the 3–5 highest-impact automations that will give you the biggest wins first (so you’re not building random emails that don’t actually move the needle)
Map each automation at a high level: trigger → timing → key emails → segmentation/tags (aka: what happens, when it happens, and who gets what)

What I’ll deliver after the session (the part that makes it all stick)

After our session, I’ll pull everything together into a Canva workflow map so it’s crystal clear and easy to follow.

You’ll receive:

A visual “This goes here → then this → then this” automation map
A simple build order (what to set up first, second, third)
The key triggers + timing for each automation
Recommended tags/segments so the right people get the right emails
